How do I connect with my partner?

One of you chooses “I'll invite my partner” during onboarding and shares the 6-character code. The other chooses “I have a code” and enters it. You can also find the code later in the Us tab.

Does my partner have to pay too?

No. About us Plus covers both of you – no matter who purchased it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In your Apple or Google account's subscription settings. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

I'm not getting reminders.

Check that notifications for About us are allowed in your device settings, and look at Us → Settings → Reminders in the app.

I have a new device.

Tap Us → Settings → Restore purchases in the app.
